Contacted Ebay to generate a return. Had a return label for the item instantly, re packed it attached label and dropped off for Fed Ex pick up. Within 4 hours I had my refund pending on my account!! Only negative was there was no opportunity to edit shipping address and since this was a gift, I sent a request within minutes of online payment. The request was a copy of the transaction.....they replied a few hour asking for order info ( which I had already sent ). To no avail, received gift to my address. Very quick shipping so I guess that's why they couldn't change it.
