Unfortunately, the box got smashed up in shipping, so despite great packing the unit was broken (front panel detached, loose parts rattling in the enclosure). I uploaded the photos of the damage, and the seller called me back immediately. We had a great conversation, mourned the untimely loss of a great instrument, and he immediately issued a full refund. We have purchased from his several times and product is always in great condition, packed well, and he even has accommodated shipping and shipping class when we have an urgent timeline. The seller was very gracious and understanding when I informed him the item would not power up, and he suggested I open it up and look for proper connections. I found one ribbon cable that was unseated during shipping, and that was the issue. The seller offered discounts on further purchases, which was very welcome.
