Once repaired with glue, it works fine but am not sure how long it will last. The assembly is also very loose fitting in the mower and can easily pull back out. This item was very inexpensive so value-wise it is OK.

Within a short period of time we had a response from the company. A return label was sent and the right size rim bought and shipped. That is customer service at its best!
