this is a used preowned craftsman 43788 V series 3/8" drive quick release thumbwheel ratchet.i believe it is a fine tooth ratchetthe first thing i wanted to mention was the inner head is somewhat loose to be honest.anway there is some wear on this tool.there are scuffs,scratches nicks and dings throughout all sides of the tool.chrome wear is also quite apparent.there is also some discoloration,a yellowing if you will,on the tool along with some paint wear.there are a couple of spots of rusting taking place on the ratchet.the ratchet does function as intended.thank you for looking at this listing.
