I contacted them to find a solution, but the worst is that they said it was the shipping company’s fault, but the box came with no damaged and well packed, so if it was the shipping company’s fault, how can the product arrive with scratches? They don’t apologize, continue ignoring me and they never tried to satisfy my needs. That pedal was new and sealed when it left here but these forwarding services repackage and sometimes open/inspect items before sending. Also, it could have been opened and scratched by customs officials upon entry to his country. When using a forwrading/exporter, we are not responsible for items once they arrive there
