First of all they sent me the wrong product. I ordered a moisturizer by Dauphin and received hair color by L’Oréal instead. Instead of assuming responsibility for their error, They were difficult to communicate with and held my money for close to one month before I got a refund. To clarify, this buyer demanded we ship a product to them overnight at our expense and a refund without sending the product back to us. This buyer chose not to return the product for almost a month therefore she received her refund as soon as we received the product back.
