The touchscreen was a nice surprise. It has minor wear on the edges, which is normal for a second-hand laptop. Battery lasts ~6h for streaming, ~1h for light gaming and ~2h 30m for cloud gaming (Is perfect for that). The keyboard is quiet, backlit, and comfortable. The screen has good angles and resolution. I use it for work, browsing, media, and gaming. Overall, I’d rate it 9/10—it performs great!

Emailed pics to the seller, they responded promptly and we agreed to a new face plate. Part arrived a few days later in perfect condition, I installed and we are up and running. Highly recommend this seller and would happily do business with them again! A+++++
