The second bowl had chips along the rim-unusable. The other three were fine. Messages to seller were without response until a claim was filed. A partial refund was agreed. To return them would have been expensive for the seller. I agreed and hope to find the bowl elsewhere. Package should have been checked before shipping. Positive? negative? satisfactory resolve is positive.

Very fortunately, the sellers were easy to work with and I received a prompt refund. I feel these sellers were honorable and I would purchase from them again. Also, it was clear the item was brand new and the box never opened, so the description was perfect. I’m only sad not to get it. I thought the price was a good deal.

It's always a good thing if a collectable comes with the original box no matter what shape the box is in. All things considered this was a good value for something I've been looking for. Communication was good, shipping was quick and boxed appropriately . Item was new and has described. Pleased with this purchase and would buy again from this seller.

There were some missing attachments but when I communicated this to the seller, they quickly agreed on a partial refund to cover sourcing replacements. I would absolutely buy from this seller again and encourage other buyers to do the same as not all sellers are willing to "right a wrong"!

I haven't used it yet and won't be able to for a while because of out-of-town guests. But it was well-packaged, and seems to be in the condition advertised. I'm very satisfied with the seller and the item. It was advertised as a used customer return with all original accessories, and was half the price I've seen it in other places. A very good deal for me.
