I have given 5 star feedback as I believe you are doing your best, but it has to be said the listing shows " Royal Mail 2nd Class large letter", but the actual delivery is done by Evri, who unfortunately is the worst courier in our area. If the listing would have shown the delivery being Evri, which is what it is, I would have not placed the order to be honest, hope you understand and appreciate the feedback.

The result, a broken sprayer. The seller IMMEDIATELY responded with a return label. Great customer service.
