There was never any proof that it was mailed (except for delivery) so the blame goes to the USPS. The USPS told me that seller should have taken a picture, i don’t think that is practical.

I understand the USPS is not as dependable as they once were. Ebay contacted the seller and said the seller would up dated the shipping time and it was not updated. I was not contacted by the seller. The skirt was not described as a very light denim.
