Engage in custom tailored workout programs with the help of a personal trainer in My Fitness Coach for Wii. Use your existing equipment to help determine the types of featured exercises. Supported devices include a heart monitor, stability ball, step bench, and hand weights. Decide which days of the week you'd like to devote to your routine, and then select the length of your workout. After setting a schedule, you can then choose routines to focus on from the following options: weights, cardio, upper body, lower body, core, and flexibility. Follow an on-screen fitness coach as she performs each exercise in a variety of locales. End the session with a cool-down phase and keep track of your daily performances with various graphs and charts.

I was really pleased with my purchase. The items were just as described and were very tightly and neatly packed in a secure box. Care and attention was given with bubble wrap etc... In my opinion all 11 DVDS that i bought were of very good value for a TV show that is no longer aired. Nostalgia at its very best. I was very impressed with this seller and would thoroughly recommend 😊
