However, aside from the delay, the parcel arrived well packaged, inside a plastic crate, with lots of bubble wrap. The monitor is of excellent quality with no scratches or marks that I can see. I am very happy with the monitor it is a great improvement over my old one

After a week ran into an issue with the replacement laptop, which had to be sent back again at no cost to me, but had to wait a further week for it to be fixed and returned to me.
