There was a issue with the incorrect item being shipped to me, but what really stood out was the customer service after the fact. I corresponded several times and heard back from the seller within hours. Seller corrected the order and I had the new correct item within 96 hours. It was refreshing to know that customer service still exists. The seller cares about what they're selling and cares about their customer. The box unfortunately arrived with one side caved in from the shipping company. The Darth Revan helmet was really warped as a result. The seller worked with me and I was able to reshape most of it with a hair dryer. The visor needs to be replaced and the foam stripped so I can completely reshape it. The seller provided a partial refund as compensation which was really nice!
