It was said it was new. i’m not gonna ask for anything back just gonna use the product. Seller packed everything each individually, wrapped the lids with tape and bubble wrapped each bottle, Styrofoam on bottom and top of box. I've read customers complaining that items leaked which isn't the sellers fault bit the shippers who maybe threw the box around, mine never leaked.
