And for the product, it was full like it wasn’t used maybe but it was definitely opened and there is crusty of the product to show around the cap that has been opened so it’s not new. It was said it was new. i’m not gonna ask for anything back just gonna use the product. Seller packed everything each individually, wrapped the lids with tape and bubble wrapped each bottle, Styrofoam on bottom and top of box. I've read customers complaining that items leaked which isn't the sellers fault bit the shippers who maybe threw the box around, mine never leaked.
