For whatever reason Minneapolis usps center loses a lot of product, especially if you order bulk metal such as bullion. In this case it was zinc. I never received the item and the usps stopped updating the tracking 2 weeks ago. Once I alerted the seller they were understanding and we were able to resolve the issue without fuss.
