Contacted customer service who said that this was communicated in the product description- so I double checked it and there was nothing of the sort- just a generic description. They offered a paltry discount or a refund when contacted- but they shouldn’t have sold the item in the first place at the price they were offering. It will have some minor damage or wear and tear but the inside content will not be affected' and was mentioned in 2 separate sections of the listing. The price was a vey fair price for the condition (almost half price and with free delivery) and we offered a further 10% discount on top of this as the buyer indicated they weren't happy. The buyer chose the keep the book instead of returning it for free for a full refund.

Arrived on time, the envelope it was in was ripped on a corner but that was from delivery when they tried to push it into my letter box. Really happy with it
