The seller is awesome and communicates well, though sometimes, due to the time difference (UK to USA), is does take a little bit of time to complete text discussion. When I had an issue with the first purchase, the seller was willing to work with me to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the second shipment didn't go much better.
