The poor instructions did not tell you how to access the battery compartment to remove the disk that keeps the battery from engaging, but a quick trip to YouTube showed you how to do it. I liked the 1000 lumen light so well, I went to my local ACE Hardware store and purchased a Nebo 450 lumen (on sale) for a friend to walk her dog. (This vendor's price was better than ACE's on this 1,000 lumen) Quick shipping. I would buy from this vendor again. AAA+++ eBayer!

However I contacted MTP Liquidations and they provided an easy return process, prompt refund, and in earnest, hold only positive feedback on how they corrected what I believe is an honest error on their part. They sell liquidated items and I believe mine was simply mis-boxed from whomever they received the item from. Overall, while I wish it was what I wanted, MTP made it simple for me to return the item for full refund. Kudos.

However, specifically asked seller to protect the top of the item for shipping, which they ignored. Worse, item was able to move freely within the box due to weak packing, making it a miracle that it didn't get damaged. Can't say I'd buy from them again.
