Right side had no sound coming out of it and was unable to start noise cancellation. Had to return because they came defective, was not able to exchange due to item being out of stock. Too bad as the price was really good. Really disappointed that item came in defective condition as I thought I finally got these headphones at a good price. Seller accepted return and refunded.

Once I opened the product it had a terrible chemical smell that made me have a headache. But, I placed the headset in a sunny area for some time and the smell became barable! Honestly, I thought the headset would come used, but it came in perfect condition. I am unsure if the earmuffs sections have to be so wobbly. Overall, not a bad product, and I will be buying other things from them in the future if the quality is this good!
