As soon as they received my item the refund was issued straight away. Excellent customer service. Good price, bigger size than a usual file box, but sadly bad scratches on the back of the box.

As the fault is with the courier (Royal Mail) and not the seller, I have no hesitation in recommending him and would certainly buy from him again.
