Beyond their excellent customer service, the items arrived exactly as pictured in sturdy packaging. The shipping cost was very reasonable and was delivered ahead of schedule. This is a very good high-quality product. Well packaged, speedy delivery, fair priced and no issues and as stated 'like new' on the listing and photographs. Glad to have done business with this seller.

Faced with sticking me, the customer in the U.S.A., with a potentially heavy tariff, this seller gave the entire detailed bunch of information (I only knew the bare basics), AND offered to cancel the order and refund my money, if I wanted. I went ahead, and the tariff was very high. But throughout, this seller acted in good faith, communicated very well, and the item arrived in perfect condition. (Fairly quickly, all things considered. A++!
