I use them extensively to mix flavors of smoke for the many items I cook. Short cook or long low and slow these are perfect. I use my smoker and pellet grill geesh 5 to 6 times a week. I usually don't write reviews but I think one needed to be rewarded in fact I'm thinking about buying more as gifts at this price I can't go wrong.
