For the most part I think it does a good job in making the lines in my neck less noticeable. It doesn't really tighten up some loose skin under my chin, but I think a specific procedure would have to be done to help that area. I am happy to find it on ebay, as the price is less expensive than other places. Although, even on ebay it is costly.

I'm appreciative to this seller for offering the product at the savings I need to continue therapy. Quite frankly, there's no miracle creams but to avoid surgical procedures, trying a topical cream with good reviews has been worth the effort.
