The tracking showed the item going from state to state but it never got to my state and did not get dropped off. I contacted the seller and they responded immediately to my questions. They did a search and suspected that the item was lost by the USPS. Without hesitation, they refunded my money. This seller is a very good and trustworthy seller. Their communication is great.
