Love the way it can be folded by the press of a button even without the remote control. My only complaint is that in the manuals apart from all the warnings which go on and on there isn’t one page that actually explains how to operate it. I needed to call customer service x3 to find out. Mind you, at least there is a number to call which is a plus.

Melissa at custmer service was absoluely wonderful from the moment the order was put in and it was out of stock she managed to find one for my 91 year old dad who's just had to stop driving his car, to when I phoned with a query as to how to get the scooter to unfold which she talked me through and sent an email as well.
