Instructions were easy to follow with the exception to turn part C so the foot screw holes are facing down. Price was great. Would recommend this step stool to others.

This vendor was really excellent. The 1st order was lost in the mail. After a few days of good communication with the company i received a replacement product no charge. Nice to do business with a professional minded vendor. I will definitely purchase from them again. I highly recommend them. Great Christmas gift items!
