Item was missing a part, but the seller was incredibly patient with me and willing to give me a partial refund (as well as giving me the option to return for a full refund, which really shows the level of care they have for their buyers). Item was sent out incredibly quickly and packaged safely in the parcel! Item arrived in great condition despite the above! They were extremely understanding and communicative which I really appreciated :) I would absolutely buy from them again!
