The bad news is that the laptop's battery has a depletion rate that renders the laptop all but unusable without being in close proximity to an active power cord. Any sort of extended portable use on-battery power is out of the question, which defeats the primary purpose and advantage of a laptop, and makes this laptop not a good friend as it should be.

After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go! I will buy from this seller again.

The item arrived in a timely fashion as well. The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

Product arrived in considerably safe packaging and appeared as displayed in storefront photos. Initially I was rather disappointed with the performance of a laptop which such reliable specs. So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund.
