Fortunately it regain it's shape after 24hs while left without the cover. The cover had to be washed straight away because it was very smelly (the foam smells of chemicals). After all this work it was ok to sleep on this topper.

Overall happy with my purchase & the service.

It was not the quality we had expected., The zip was broken so unusable..We asked for a replacement . They asked if we could mend it and they would refund half the cost. It could not be mended. Again asked for a replacement.and they asked us to send it back. I asked why we should bare the cost. We said we would return it when the new item was sent. I now cannot trust them to replace it. I certainly would not recommend this company
