The thing is, I get an email from EBay saying "it shipped" - I even had a tracking number! How can you ship an item that you misplaced!? Then after the seller cancelled it, they wanted me to buy it again. All of it was very suspicious. Gave me a bad feeling. I recommend NOT buying from this seller.

There was an error in the shipment (an item missing), and when I contacted them, they understood, realized the mistake, and quickly sent the missing piece. Mistakes happen, and I deeply appreciate their willingness to investigate and make the correction. This is a new favorite vendor, and I eagerly look forward to buying from them again. Highly recommended.
