Even though seller couldn't have known, or had anything to do with it. Shipping was immediate. Packed safely. Excellent communication. I had asked whether this laptop came with a pen as some yogas do and I was answered yes. When I received my laptop without a pen they had worked with me to ensure I would receive a pen. Their support on this issue was incredible and I would highly reccomend purchasing with this seller.
