The item arrives packed in two layers (one inner plastic, and one outer corrugated mailer) and completely unscathed. Opening it up, the jewel case is scratch-free and the discs are pristine. Playback was flawless and the paper inserts are in great condition as well. Seller was quick to reach out to confirm receipt of the order request, and also friendly.
