I tried to offer a resolution where I can keep the record, but buy the CD at a reduced price because of their mistake. They totally blew me off with a short-ended response without a real explanation as to why. So I’m going to be the bigger person, keep the record and give this seller negative feedback for their lack of professionalism. By "being the bigger person," this user means to say that they received the more expensive vinyl for essentially half of its true cost and attempted to receive an additional discount on top of that towards the CD, which was denied. We stand by both our and eBay's money back guarantee policy.
