Note: Only issue was the charger they sent was too strong (100W quick charger instead of 90W) so the battery would get too hot. But we had a spare charger so we didn’t ask for a replacement.

It is practically new except for some scuffs on the outer shell, but I'm not concerned with that at all. I was VERY impressed with the protective wrapping they used in the shipping box. There was no way the computer was getting damaged in transit with that kind of protective wrapping.
