Beyond their excellent customer service, the items arrived exactly as pictured in sturdy packaging. The shipping cost was very reasonable and was delivered ahead of schedule. I had difficulty finding some miniatures here in the states and the seller had what i was looking for at a fantastic price. Shipping was fair - given it was international and asked a few questions. Seller was prompt and super fast in shipping and getting the miniatures out the door. Faced with sticking me, the customer in the U.S.A., with a potentially heavy tariff, this seller gave the entire detailed bunch of information (I only knew the bare basics), AND offered to cancel the order and refund my money, if I wanted. I went ahead, and the tariff was very high. But throughout, this seller acted in good faith, communicated very well, and the item arrived in perfect condition. (Fairly quickly, all things considered. A++!
