In this specific case ebay gave that delivery date of Dec 21-26. He bought the item on Dec 18 after post office hours. So the earliest we can get the item off is December 19. He may want the item by Dec 21 but realistically it will not arrive until later in that date range ebay estimated. This is simply the customer not reading and being reasonable in the holiday season.

Description said it was in great condition, yet it has blemishes on the cover that was not mentioned. If you look at the photos you can see those blemishes but it actually looks like it might be glare on the plastic bag. So the value isn't what I had expected.
