However, I ordered wrong item, and requested return when it was received. The customer service of seller respond fast. After I provided e-mail, they send me the free returning shipping label by email. I got the full refund as soon as the item was arrived. Excellent seller. Recommend!

This seller had the best price I could find on the internet and shipped the item promptly. The item was shipped in its original packaging without any kind of additional padding. As a result, it arrived with visible damage, but it seems to be superficial/cosmetic and does not affect the function of the guitar. Were it not for that, I'd rate this transaction 5 stars.
