I tried turning the computer on and it did not start-up. My concern was that it was defective and would have to return it for another. Fortunately, I had another laptop identical to the one I purchased. I removed the battery from my old laptop and installed it in the refurbished one and WHOLLA, it started up. The refurbished computer is now working as intended.

Emailed pics to the seller, they responded promptly and we agreed to a new face plate. Part arrived a few days later in perfect condition, I installed and we are up and running. They emailed me a shipping label, I shipped the item back and they shipped me the correct one. My item was received as described. I am pleased with the professionalism of the seller. The FedEx shipping only took two days. Unfortunately, there was an issue of a missing Wi-Fi dongle and optical drive. Customer service was great and shipped the missing items within two days. Again unfortunately, they shipped them USPS snail mail and took over a week to get them. I felt they should have placed a higher priority on something that was due to their error.
