- n***e (64)- Votos emitidos por el comprador.Últimos 6 mesesCompra verificadaI saw some negative rules on this item but I imagine some people don’t know how to use them or they have a different problem than just not knowing where their valves are. I found 7 out of 8 sprinkler valves in about 30 minutes with this device. The last missing valve couldn’t be found because the valve or solenoid needs replacing. If your valve is not working, you’ll need a wire tracer. Valve box found in less than 5 minutes covered over with 3" of sod. Thank You! Not exactly cheap for what it is, and single use, but "fair" considering the high cost of the alternatives.

Unfortunately, the valves that I was trying to locate were in valve boxes under about 2” of dirt and a layer of mulch. The chattering was completely muted at ground level. Had to use a long screwdriver to eventually locate the lost valves. The seller was responsive and refunded my purchase.

I explained this to the seller and they worked with me to cancel the order and provide a refund. I greatly appreciated the no-hassle experience.

As a 65 year old woman, it turned out that it was not in my skills set to learn to use the equipment properly, and there were no questions asked when a return was requested.

The only issue was that both ends came with alligator clips, even though I asked for one end to be stripped during customization. Otherwise, it was exactly as described, and helped me find the buried valves I was looking for around my yard.
