In my opinion, the quality of both the garment and the application process were sub-par. The garment was lighter than expected and the transfer resembled an "iron-on" applique. I appreciate the customer service and it's a shame that the item will probably never be worn but the Seller also let me keep the item, even after refunding the full purchase price. Very classy way to do business!!! Thank you.
