You do not have to purchase the whole assembly like everyone tells you. You just have to drill a tiny hole in the top of the rocker arm to easily knock them out. You can use a pair of large channel locks or a small press to install the new ones. Just make sure they are lined up square with the hole and they are slowly pressed all the way down.
