Unfortunately, it was not packaged well and was not secured in it and sustained some damage. It was perhaps as described before being shipped, but was far from ‘new’ condition when received. Seller promptly answered communication and was more than willing to work with me on the issue. It was resolved in an amicable manner. Will probably still try and source an undamaged one. Well packed but item box was damaged on the back, although item was in perfect brand new condition. But at the end I recommend the seller. A++

No missing things, no broken parts, etc. I recommend this seller! But as a side note, y'all may want to put some more bubble wrap in the corners of the box and look up how to put the devices into their cases before shipping. It came perfect, but some things in the case were loose and there was a little bit too much room in the box. And also check controllers like the one for the headset for corrosive or old batteries. Otherwise 😁👍
