I usually buy wellies in a size 6 although I am a 5, but read one review saying that these are a large fit. I must have chunky calves as I found them a bit tight, even when loosening the straps. I will keep them anyway as I could do with some wellies for my allotment, but doubt these will fit over jeans.

These in 5 are 2 sizes too big still with thick socks on :( Most boots I buy is way too big or far too tight!! :( These are SO NICE that when it's freezing, I'll wear 3 or 4 prs of thick socks! :) Determinec to wear as lovely!!

One small thing is there were some imperfections on the pattern, wonder if they are "seconds". However, they are for a festival, a great price, the soles/heels seem sturdy and they can be folded over for packing, so am not returning. Am sure noone will be looking that closely at them! All in all a decent purchase.
