The package was missing as the Evri app stated ,the seller agreed he would replace the next day then we were informed it would delivered later that evening ,presumably had been found. After several conflicting messages there would be no delivery.20 minutes later the replacement courier delivered one of two parcels ,namely this one. The seller could not have been more helpful not something that could be said of Evri .
