Please cut down on the P+P, Though not an extra it is included in the price. I received a small plastic bottle in an oversized box by Royal Mail. The bottle could be in a jiffy bag as all other sellers use, making it smaller and lighter for postal costs. Bear in mind some of us take multiple supplements, so every penny counts.

The postman knocked and took a photo before handing me the parcel, which consisted of a cardboard box. If I had not been in, I don't think it would have fitted through a letter box which could lead to problems for some customers.
