The rubber broke apart each time I tried to unwind it. Broke three times, I believe. No instructions. Using an xBox 360 model S, I am now able to get this to work with the Tritton Trigger headset but Turtle Beach is still unresponsive. I am guessing it is the headset? I do not see how to use this with a model E, or earlier, xBox 360.

I set them up with a Triton Kama headset and I was really impressed, the loudness and bass actually hurt my head after awhile so I had to turn them down. The appearance of both units are great with just one small scuff on one, these are a great value for your money. You can even use wireless headsets through this unit, but you can’t adjust any of the settings or volume on the unit itself.
