The crystals worked perfectly. I was able to bring back to life an old scanner my great grandparents used from the 70s into the early 00s. Though an old analog relic, it got me interested in radio and telecommunications as a kid, a field I've since worked in professionally now for the past 20 years. It's nice to hear it squawking again and it is a nice sentimental reminder of them.
