They are a tear away bag so you must mount the base on your molle system or strap the base to a headrest or another surface as there are no molle straps on the bag itself. There is also a small zippered pouch that is great for a few band aids, mole skin, Tylenol..comfort first aid stuff. The seller is great. Gets them to you quickly with no problems. I HIGHLY recommend.y
