Seller gave v useful, helpful advice & supplied extra screws if needed to secure the box via the metal brackets. The Brackets are much better than those on mass produced boxes & allow box to be secured by a variety of other means. I used a couple of cable ties and cord, to attach to a tree, but could also be suspended. Seller kindly made boxes to order very quickly so I had them in 2 days.

There was a small issue with the original colour (black cable was damaged, noticed by the seller before dispatch) however, this was very quickly resolved by some informative and friendly communication. I always say that the quality of customer service only shows when things don't go to plan, and in this case Chris gets full marks from me.
