I wanted to find a new seller bc there were too many reviews on too many sellers on Amazon saying their reeds were moldy. I needed someone who was directly managing their business and I found them! The reeds are perfect, thank you!!

I tried within minutes to cancel it, and I just couldn’t do it. He wouldn’t let me. So I sent a message to him, and though I got no reply, I told him what set I would’ve preferred. And he actually made it right and sent that set which I appreciate. I still think you should be able to cancel an order within minutes of placing it.  Overall pleased with the transaction
